The shipping method is there to determine the time it will take for your shipped product to reach you. For every order, we only process one shipping address. Therefore, if you want to send different products to different places then you can think of making separate orders and then pay for them separately. You can also check if we offer shipping services to the place that you intend to send your product.
We provide the cash on delivery service only in Dhaka, and that too for perishable goods. After you have placed an order with us, you will receive a call from a customer service representative who would then approve your order and then will send you an email. Nonetheless, your order can also be confirmed through a call to us. Then your order would start to get processed and a tracking number will be sent to you. No cash on delivery available outside of Dhaka city.
It takes about 02 days within Dhaka city and 3-5 days outside Dhaka to receive a product through Conditional Delivery System. The product will be delivered through a third party courier service. After appropriately introducing yourself to the courier service, you are required to provide the price of the product as well as the charge for the parcel. And lastly, only after you have complied with the rules of the courier service and go through the authentication process you can have the product.
Services of Mr Express BD are not available abroad. To elaborate, please feel free to buy our products from anywhere around the world, but you have to make sure that the delivery address that you have provided is within Bangladesh.
We have a fixed rate of charging TK. 50 for deliveries inside Dhaka Metropolitan City. And anywhere outside Dhaka is charged TK. 80 for a home delivery. However, if a customer buys a product that is of TK. 1000 or more, then delivery charges are not applicable.
Here, at Mr Express bd, your money is safe and sound. Refunds can be requested for the following conditions.
· If a return is not possible for any reason
· You want your money back after returning instead of a change in product
· If you receive a product you did not order
· If the customer has a change of mind, they can cancel their orders before they have been dispatched
Refunds can usually take up to 7 days after receiving and processing returns.
If you have initially paid through a card, the refund can be sent to the bank account which can take from 7 to 10 days. (Can take longer depending on the bank).
If you have initially paid through bkash, then the refund will be sent back through bkash to your account in 2 to 5 days.
To get a refund, follow these simple steps:

· Wait for our confirmation about your request.
